Shipping & Handling
Your order will be shipped using Australian courier companies or Australia Post, and basic transit insurance is included on all items if the damage waiver is paid.
Delivery time for purchases depends on your location and can usually be expected between 1-4 working days Australia-wide.
Delivery costs will be calculated on check out, or manually by a customer service representative. An invoice will be issued including delivery costs.
The cost of delivery on items that are bulky (some printers, scanners, backpacks, tripods, multiple cameras etc) will be charged at a higher rate if necessary and we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of shipping costs.
In all cases shipping will only ever be processed after we have verified delivery address.
Once delivery has been accepted your order becomes your sole responsibility.
We do not deliver overseas at this stage.
